Dr. Cashaw is the Executive Director for Green Tree School & Services. Dr. Cashaw has been providing therapeutic services to children with unique needs and abilities for over 20 years. She joined Green Tree School and Services in 2013 and served as the Clinical Director of Operations in the Behavioral Health Department. Dr. Cashaw is passionate about developing opportunities for everyone – our students and our team members – to grow and reach their full potential.

Christina Spielbauer, M.Ed. is the Senior Vice President of Operations for New Story in Pennsylvania. In this role, she oversees Green Tree School & Services. She works to drive operational excellence and growth for all of New Story’s Pennsylvania-based schools and programs. For the past 25 years, Christina has dedicated her life to public education, working in various roles and settings including teacher and principal. Prior to joining New Story, Christina served as the Superintendent of the Carlisle Area School District.
