Students at all levels (elementary, middle, and high school) work through a curriculum grounded in Pennsylvania State Standards and current research, while fostering their individual interests.
A Strong Behavioral Foundation
Green Tree utilizes the Tiers of Intensive and Educationally Responsive Services (TIERS) model to provide a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) for our students with emotional and behavioral challenges. The TIERS model is built upon application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help students learn positive behaviors that will help them succeed in an academic environment.

Transition Readiness
Green Tree strives to help students develop skills to be successful when they transition back to their traditional educational setting. When a return to their home community school is not appropriate, GTSS offers transition services focused on daily living skills, self-determination & interpersonal skills, and employment skills that will prepare students for a life after school.
A Community of Care
At GTSS, students are provided well-rounded education with community integration, service learning, art, music, and more. GTSS strives to help students return to their home community schools and prepare them for a life after school by providing vocational training and job-readiness training.
